1. About us
This website is operated by ToolMerry, an online retailer based in the United Kingdom. Contact: taiwo_jim@hotmail.com.
2. Your order
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error. If we do, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping & Delivery page. Goods are at our risk until they're delivered to you.
5. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
You have a 14-day right to cancel and full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds page.
6. Using our products
Please use products as described on the product page and follow any instructions. Our drain hair clog remover is designed for shower, bath and sink drains with a removable cover. It isn't for toilets or for serious pipe blockages, which may need a plumber.
7. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We're not liable for business losses.
8. Your personal data
We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
9. Complaints
If you have a problem, email taiwo_jim@hotmail.com and we'll try to resolve it quickly.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
