Refund policy

14-day right to cancel. You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email taiwo_jim@hotmail.com with your order number, then return the item within a further 14 days. We'll email you the returns address. If you've changed your mind, you pay the return postage.

Refunds. We refund the price paid plus the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of proof of postage, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to your original payment method. If an item is returned used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty, damaged or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that and within 6 months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement first, then a refund if that doesn't fix it. We cover return postage for faulty items.
