This policy explains your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in it affects your statutory rights.
↩️ Changed your mind? 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. You don't have to give a reason.
- Tell us within 14 days. Email taiwo_jim@hotmail.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form below.
- Send the item back within a further 14 days of telling us. We'll email you the returns address.
Return postage: if you've changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service.
Condition: you can handle the item as you would in a shop to check it. Because this is a drain-cleaning tool, once it has been used in a drain it can't be resold. If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
💳 Refunds
We'll refund the price you paid plus the original standard delivery charge. We do this within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner. Refunds go back to your original payment method. We don't charge any fee for refunds.
⚠️ Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to:
- Within 30 days of delivery: a full refund.
- After 30 days and within 6 months: a repair or replacement first. If that isn't possible or doesn't fix it, a refund, which may be reduced to reflect use.
For faulty items, we cover return postage. Often we'll just ask for a photo, so you may not need to send it back at all. Email taiwo_jim@hotmail.com with your order number and a short description.
📍 Before you send anything back
Please email us first and we'll reply with the returns address. Items sent to our fulfilment warehouse without telling us first can't be traced.
