Shipping policy

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard UK delivery is free. Any delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed in 1-3 working days and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China. Delivery usually takes 7-14 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email taiwo_jim@hotmail.com and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. Goods remain our responsibility until they're delivered to you.
