We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
💷 Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is free. The delivery charge, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.
📦 Where your order ships from
ToolMerry is run from the UK, but our products are stored and dispatched by our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China. That's why delivery takes a little longer than a UK warehouse would.
⏱️ How long it takes
- Processing: 1–3 working days to pick and pack your order.
- Delivery: usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen at busy times, for example in the run-up to Christmas.
📍 Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to update while the parcel is in transit.
🛠️ If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email taiwo_jim@hotmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. Your goods are our responsibility until they reach you.
🏠 Wrong address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can usually change it before your order is dispatched.
